Ingredients

Shrimp:

  • 1 lb medium shrimp, pat dry in paper towels
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 minced garlic clove

For The Taco Toppings:

  • 8 white corn tortillas, 6” diameter
  • 2 cups purple cabbage, shredded, thinly sliced
  • 1 large avocado, diced, seed removed
  • 1/2 diced red onion
  • 4 oz Cotija cheese, grated
  • 1/4 bunch cilantro, coarsely chopped
  • 8 lemon wedges (from 1 lime)

For The Taco Sauce Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp lime juice, freshly squeezed
