Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs shrimp, peeled and deveined (medium sized)
  • 3 package ramen, flavor packet discarded
  • 6 cups chicken vegetable or stock
  • 1-2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 3 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup carrots, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups shredded green cabbage
