- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons Sugar Blend (or Natural Stevia Sweetener)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
For the shrimp
- 1 ½ pounds shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails removed,
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs, whisked
- ½ cup cornstarch
- Vegetable oil
