- 1 pound shrimp, (large sized) peeled and deveined, tails attached
- Kosher salt
- 2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 yellow onion, chopped
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 (15- ounce can) diced fire-roasted tomatoes, or plain fire-roasted tomatoes
- ¼ cup tomato paste
- 1 cup dry white wine
- ½ cup parsley, freshly chopped
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Pat dry the shrimp. Season with salt and 1 tsp. of pepper flakes.
