- 1 pound shrimp, (large sized) peeled and deveined, tails attached
- 1 egg
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil
For the Sauce
- Juice of 1 medium lemon
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1½ cups (3 sticks) cold butter, cut into 1-inch pieces
