- 1/2 cup soy sauce, low-sodium
- 6 tbsps honey
- 1 tbsp Gochujang, Korean chili paste
- 1 tbsp garlic cloves, crushed or minced
- 1 1/2 tsps sesame oil
- 1 lb cooked shrimp, large sized
- 2 tsps cornstarch
Instructions
- In a small bowl, add honey, Gochujang, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Combine well.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the shrimp and then add in 2 tbsp. of the sauce or until coated.
- Heat a skillet medium-high heat. Pour all the marinade and cook until starts to boil, add in cornstarch, continue to cook for about 4-5 minutes or until reduced.
