Ingredients
- 1 -2 pounds shrimp, deveined, and butterflied
- 1 lb angel hair pasta
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 6 -8 whole garlic cloves
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 pint heavy cream
- 1 shallot, diced
- olive oil
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 5 leaves fresh basil, thinly sliced
- Freshly chopped parsley

- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

- In a bowl, add the milk, soak up shrimp and add flour, cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until well coated.
