Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar Blend (or Natural Stevia Sweetener)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

For the shrimp

  • 1 ½ pounds shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails removed,
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs, whisked
  • ½ cup cornstarch
