Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails removed
- 1 1/2 tablespoons butter
- 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons creole seasoning
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup tomatoes, diced
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup onion, diced, divided
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 - 1 tablespoon creole seasoning
- 8 ounces linguine or fettuccine
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, add the shrimp and creole Seasoning. Toss to coat.
- In a pan, add water with salt to boil. Add pasta and cook as per the package instructions or until tender. Drain.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil and butter to melt. Add in sliced mushrooms and garlic powder and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Add 1/2 cup diced onions and stir cook for 1 more minute. Add the shrimp and cook until pink for about 4-5 minutes.
