Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails removed
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons creole seasoning
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup onion, diced, divided
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/2 - 1 tablespoon creole seasoning
  • 8 ounces linguine or fettuccine

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, add the shrimp and creole Seasoning. Toss to coat.
  2. In a pan, add water with salt to boil. Add pasta and cook as per the package instructions or until tender. Drain.
