- 1-10 lb shrimp, med - large
- 3 -4 tablespoons Old Bay Seasoning, or to taste
- Spices, as if desired
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
Instructions
- Heat a pot of water on medium high heat. Bring water to boil.
- Add the shrimp and continuously stir and cook until you see 1-2 shrimp to float.
- Drain immediately and do a cold water bath and chill for 1 hr before serving!
