Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce, low-sodium
  • 6 tbsps honey
  • 1 tbsp Gochujang, Korean chili paste
  • 1 tbsp garlic cloves, crushed or minced
  • 1 1/2 tsps sesame oil
  • 1 lb cooked shrimp, large sized
  • 2 tsps cornstarch

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, add honey, Gochujang, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Combine well.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add the shrimp and then add in 2 tbsp. of the sauce or until coated.
