- 15- 20 shrimp, medium sized, shells removed
- 6 Russet Potatoes, peeled
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 tbsp of sour cream
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 4 tbsp of Butter
- 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese
For the spices
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic Powder
- 1 tsp parsley, to garnish
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Heat a pot of water to a boil, add the potatoes and boil on medium heat or until fork tender. Strain and wash in a cold water. Peel the potatoes.
