Shrimp and Broccoli Stir Fry – Ingredients Goodness

Shrimp: I prefer medium or large shrimp, peeled and deveined. Feel free to use frozen (thawed).

Broccoli: Fresh broccoli florets are best, but frozen works in a pinch.

Aromatics: Garlic and ginger infuse this with amazing flavor.

Sauce: Soy sauce, oyster sauce (or hoisin for a sweeter touch), rice vinegar, a pinch of brown sugar, sesame oil, and cornstarch bring that classic stir-fry goodness.

Optional: Chili flakes or sriracha for heat, toasted sesame seeds for garnish.
