- 3 tbsp yellow onion, chopped
- 4 tbsp celery, chopped (more for garnish)
- 3 tbsp all purpose flour
- ½ cup corn kernels
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp creole seasoning blend (or fish seasoning)
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 cup milk
- ½ lb large cooked shrimp
- 4 tbsp sherry wine
- ½ lb crabmeat, imitation
- 3 tbsp parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat a large saucepan over medium-low heat. Melt butter. Add chopped onion and celery. Stir cook for about 2 minutes or until tender. Add in garlic and stir cook for 30 seconds.
