Ingredients

For the shrimp

  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 12 ounces shrimp, cooked, without tails, thawed

For the burritos

  • ⅓ cup salsa, or to taste
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 (10 inch) flour tortillas, warmed

For the rice

  • ¾ cup long-grain white rice
  • ¾ teaspoon garlic salt
  • ½ cup onion, chopped
  • ¾ teaspoon cumin
  • 1 ½ cups chicken broth
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes, canned

Instructions

  4. Meanwhile, take a small bowl. Add mayonnaise, yogurt, and chipotle peppers. Stir well and refrigerate.
  5. Heat a saucepan over medium low heat. Add refried beans, black pepper and garlic salt. Give it a good mix and cook on low until heated through.
