Shrimp Parmesan – Tips & Tricks

Pat the shrimp dry: Excess moisture is the enemy of crispy breading. Use paper towels to remove any surface moisture from the shrimp.

Double dredge for success: Dredging the shrimp twice in the egg and breadcrumbs ensures a thicker, crispier coating.

Don’t overcrowd the pan: This prevents even cooking and can lead to soggy breading. Cook the shrimp in batches if necessary.

Don’t overcook the shrimp: Shrimp cooks quickly! Look for an opaque flesh with a slight pink hue in the center for perfectly cooked shrimp.
