Fried Shrimp Po Boy – Tips
Spice It Up: adjust with Cajun or Creole seasoning blends to get your preference.
Remoulade: Try different add-ins to your remoulade sauce, like hot sauce, chopped chives, or even a splash of Worcestershire sauce.
All About the Bread: A slightly warmed, crusty bread is the key to po’ boy perfection.
Adjust the seasoning and taste before adding the eggs for the more flavorful marinade.
