Ingredients
- 4 ounces shrimp, peeled and deveined, cooked
- ⅔ cup Gruyere cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon green onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup light sour cream
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 (9 inch) store-bought or homemade pie crust
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Single layer the cooked shrimp into the bottom of the crust. Sprinkle cheese on the top.
