Shrimp Quiche – Quick Tips

Blind Bake the Crust: For an extra flaky crust, pre-bake it for 10-15 minutes before adding the filling.

Don’t Overbake: The quiche is done when the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly. It will continue to firm up as it cools.

Garnishes: A dollop of sour cream, a sprinkle of paprika, or a drizzle of hot sauce.

Recipe Variations

Mediterranean: Add chopped artichoke hearts, Kalamata olives, and feta cheese.

Spicy: Spice things up with a pinch of cayenne pepper or a dash of hot sauce.

Low-Carb: Skip the crust and bake the filling in a greased pie plate.
