- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 3-4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 yellow onion, diced
- 4-5 cups fish broth, hot (low-sodium)
- 1 cup arborio rice (or sushi rice)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon of oil. Once hot, add the shrimp in a single layer.
